I imagine the readers who only read print ar7&8#n21e;t too happy they can’t read your book in their preferred format. I buy print only – and with 70% of revenues coming from print, that means there are still a lot of people buying a lot of print books. When a book I wanted was only available as an e-book, i didn’t buy the e-book – I downloaded it illegally. I won’t spend money to support a format I hate.
